You can create teams manually or in an automated way via a Salesforce report if you use the Salesforce integration.
To create a Team manually:
- In the Configure tab, click Users and Teams in the left nav. Alternatively, click the Users and Teams tile.
- Click on Teams sub-tab.
- Click on Add button.
- Enter a name for the Team.
- Optionally, add a Team photo and song.
- Select the members of the Team; you may also add other Teams to this Team.
- Click Save.
