Welcome to the new Dashboard, now called the Performance Console! Your Performance Console will track your players' progress on metrics most important to your team. You’ll receive insights on how they are doing, be able to provide feedback to help them succeed, see how they rank amongst each other, and see their contribution toward the team. Getting a Performance Console Setup for your team is fast and easy - just follow the steps below to get started.

*If you're looking for the old Dashboard/Priority Cards, click on the link on the banner at the top of the page. The old Dashboard will retire July 31, 2021.

Set-up

  1. Log into Hoopla and go to Configure>Reports>Performance Console.

  2. Click the "Add" button on the top right hand corner of the screen.

  3. Give your Performance Console a name (this is for internal use only to help you stay organized, so feel free to give it any name that makes sense for you).

  4. Select the Team for whom you are building this Performance Console (e.g. Sales Team, East Coast AEs, etc.). Note: you may only build one Performance Console per Team.

  5. Next, select a primary Metric - this Metric should be the most important Metric to your team (ex: YTD Sales). Players' performance on this Metric will be tracked over the course of a year. *Note: Only monthly or quarterly Metrics can be selected for the primary Metric.

  6. If the time span on your metric is undefined, give it a time span and select a time zone.

  7. Next, choose a Ranking Direction to determine how players should be ranked based on their performance on this Metric (Low to High or High to Low).

  8. Finally, check the box under projection if you want to use your players' current performance to calculate how they will perform at the end of the Metric’s time span.

  9. You can optionally select a secondary or tertiary Metric to display on the console.

  10. To do so, select a Metric; these Metrics must have a time span associated with them, but they can be any time span.

  11. If the time span on your metric is undefined, give it a timespan and select a time zone.

  12. Next, choose a Ranking Direction to determine how players should be ranked based on their performance on this Metric (Low to High or High to Low).

  13. Finally, check the box under projection if you want to use your players' current performance to calculate how they will perform at the end of the Metric’s time span.

  14. Click Save!

  15. If you wish to edit an existing Performance Console, simply click into any Performance Console from the list view to make your edits.
