Users

This section will cover the basic steps to add Users to Hoopla.

Who should I add as Users?

If you are an admin deciding whom to add to Hoopla, we recommend adding people who will:

  • participate on Leaderboards
  • trigger and post Newsflashes
  • initiate Faceoff challenges with other users
  • view performance data in the web and mobile apps as Watchers

You can also add other admins, if there are multiple groups within your company using Hoopla.

Hoopla users will gain visibility throughout the company as they compete on Leaderboards and celebrate their achievements on Hoopla TV. Everyone who sees Hoopla will want in on the action!
