What are the pricing options?

  • There are monthly and annual plans available. Check our website for most up-to-date prices.

 What is the pricing structure?

  • There are two base packages:
    1. Business Edition - includes 10 users, with the option to purchase additional users as needed.
    2. Corporate Edition - includes 20 users, with the option to purchase additional users as needed.

  • We do not issue credits or refunds if you have fewer users than you are licensed for.

We need to add new users to our Hoopla. How will that be billed?

  • Just go for it! We won’t stop you.
  • If you are currently under your licensed user count, you can add users at no cost. 
    • Example: You paid for 10 users when you subscribed, but you only have 8 in the system. You have room to add 2 users without being billed.
  • If you add users beyond your licensed limit, the cost of your new users will be prorated for the remainder of the current billing period, at the same per-user price.

We deleted one of our users. How does that affect our subscription?

  • In short, it doesn't! You will simply have more room to add users later on. When you do add new users, they won't be charged to your account, as long as you're at or under your licensed number of users.
  • We do not issue credits if you delete users.

We can't pay by credit card. Can you invoice my company?

  • Yes, but you can only invoice annual subscriptions. In your account, click the “Buy Now” link to access the Plan page. At the bottom of the page, click “Contact Hoopla Sales” to send all the necessary information to sales@hoopla.net.
