Track User Logins

If you are using our Salesforce integration, you may be able to track your Users'* Hoopla usage within your Salesforce instance. Follow the steps below to see who has logged into Hoopla using the Salesforce login button, the last time a user has logged into Hoopla and view the number of times a User has logged in.

* This is only applicable to users who have been provisioned via a Salesforce User Report. 

Track User Logins (Lightening Experience)

  1. Log into your Salesforce account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile in the top right corner and click on your image.
  3. Next, click on your name.
  4. In your profile screen, under your banner, click on the User Detail button.
  5. In the side navigation bar, scroll down to Platform Tools > Apps > Connected Apps and click on Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
  6. Scroll down to Hoopla and click on the number in the User Count column.
  7. The screen will display all of your Users who have logged into Hoopla, along with data related to their last login and the number of times they have logged into Hoopla.

Track User Logins (Salesforce Classic)

  1. Log into your Salesforce account.
  2. Navigate to and click on the Setup button along the top of the page.
  3. In the side navigation bar, scroll down to Manage Apps and click on Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
  4. Scroll down to Hoopla and click on the number in the User Count column.
  5. The screen will display all of your Users who have logged into Hoopla, along with data related to their last login and the number of times they have logged into Hoopla.
