For Hoopla users provisioned through a Salesforce report that login using their Salesforce credentials, as a Salesforce admin, you can track your Users login history. You can see who has logged into Hoopla using the Salesforce login button, the last time a user has logged into Hoopla and can view the number of times a User has logged in.

Track User Logins (Lightning Experience)

  1. Log into your Salesforce account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile in the top right corner and click on your image.
  3. Next, click on your name.
  4. In your profile screen, under your banner, click on the User Detail button.
  5. In the side navigation bar, scroll down to Platform Tools > Apps > Connected Apps and click on Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
  6. Scroll down to Hoopla and click on the number in the User Count column.
  7. The screen will display all of your Users who have logged into Hoopla, along with data related to their last login and the number of times they have logged into Hoopla.

Track User Logins (Salesforce Classic)

  1. Log into your Salesforce account.
  2. Navigate to and click on the Setup button along the top of the page.
  3. In the side navigation bar, scroll down to Manage Apps and click on Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
  4. Scroll down to Hoopla and click on the number in the User Count column.
  5. The screen will display all of your Users who have logged into Hoopla, along with data related to their last login and the number of times they have logged into Hoopla.
